What is Ideatrek?  It is just a holding company formed as an LLC in Delaware.  We never - if we can help it - show a profit unless we sell an equity stake in one of our portfolio companies.  Any money we accept for services, courses, etc. is immediately distributed to the people providing those services.  As such, all of our programs are designed to get YOU to raise YOUR hand and say "I want to start a company".  We then hope you will allow us to take equity in your company, grow your company, sell your company, and, naturally, profit.
