Reports To:
The Associate will report to three Partners.

Job Overview:
This is a full-time, salaried position designed to prepare and train graduates for a career as a Partner in our firm. The role is a blend of sales, marketing, and operations: or, everything you need to become a responsible, innovative venture capitalist. You will be responsible for achieving a monthly revenue quota.

Degree Requirements:
we are interested in business, communications, humanities, and computer science degree holders

Responsibilities:
analyze and select optimal distribution channels
organize and maintain relationships with affiliate contacts
aggressively approach markets and ICPs (ideal customer profiles)

excellent verbal and written communication
passion for startups and new ventures
public deference to authority; clandestine resistance

Compensation:
$52k base salary, $64k OTE, top performers: $90k
